Order items waited 3 weeks with no answers to communication. They go into administration and thankfully my credit card sorted it out, time wasted and dreadful customer service.

Absolutely fuming. Ordered some skirting boards nearly 2 weeks ago, first they contact me a few days after the order date to say they can't supply the size I wanted and would I accept a smaller size, I replied yes I would. Now, nearly 2 weeks later I get an email informing me od a refund, 2 weeks lost that I can ill afford. Would definately NOT use again.

Terrible, i ordered a new toilet seat, it was meant to take 3-5 working day, it’s coming up to 2 months. Can’t get through on the phone and no one responds to my emails. I feel like I’ve been robbed for £55

Ordered roofing fleet which was in stock at time of order. On contacting Bso told out if stock with no no timescale to be available. I sent email to cancel order. I was told refund would be sent in a few days.
No subsequent contact as phones were closed.
I had to get repayment via my bank.

* IN LIQUIDATION * GOODS NOT RECIEVED BUT MANAGED TO GET FULL REFUND BY GOING DIRECTLY TO OUR BANK AND ASKING FOR A CHARGEBACK

DO NOT USE - wish we looked at this before buying - goods ordered in May - rang to get email confirming purchase since then nothing. Hopefully we can get our money back through our credit card

Have only received half of the order placed back in April. Have left messages via company website but nobody has got back to us yet regarding the missing items.
Will be contacting our bank if this continues

The cost of my order has been taken out of my credit card account but the goods have still not been delivered 3 months later ,

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...Purchased a door which said 3 day delivery, chased a week later and received an email saying out of stock , cancelled the order and they then would not communicate. Their phone lines don't work and they didn't respond to emails, claimed through PayPal and won the case and got the money back eventually. Not sure what this companies game is but there are many similar reviews online, sooner this company goes under the better.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! COWBOYS. Take your money, don't send the goods and don't respond to anything!! Now having to go through trading standards to attempt to get our money back!!

Currently taking this company to court ) small claims) to get a refund on a bath that they couldn’t source and cancelled… you can’t call them either, so that’s a big red flag …. Please stay away from this company, I just wish I’d read the reviews first
